Terblanche Incorporated was established in October 2008 by Deon Terblanche after he identified the need in the Garden route area for a firm that halts the corrosion of corporate legal work from smaller towns to city practitioners.

During December 2008 Deon and Yolande van der Berg started negotiating a partnership between them. It was decided that Yolande will buy shares in the law firm and she subsequently joined Terblanche Incorporated on 1 January 2009.

On 4 January 2010 the directors passed a special resolution that the company’s name will be changes to Terblanche Van der Berg Incorporated. This step was taken to mark the success reached by the Directors during 2009 to establish Terblanche van der Berg Incorporated as one of the most sought firms by individuals and corporate clients.

Deeds office searches, copies of Title Deeds or caveats, Surveyor diagrams and ITC searches can now be obtained easily via the internet.
